Guided Tours
- We depart from the boat ramp near "The Ferry Bridge" that connects Great & Little Exuma. Map Location: https://g.page/ttwatersports?share
- We cater to small groups, 12 persons max per trip.
- A 50% deposit is required for all tours and should be booked 1 week or more in advance. Balance must be paid before the tour departs.
- Reservations canceled 48 hours before tour date will be fully refunded. Reservations canceled within 48 hours of tour date will not be refunded but can be rescheduled.
- We do not recommend children under the ages of 3. However, you can determine their ability.
- Life vest must be worn at all times whiles paddling.
- Any persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal Gaurdian. Signature required upon departure.
- T.T Water Sports will not launch in unsafe weather. Tours are subject to cancellation or rescheduling due to weather.
- As we love to make our tour enjoyable and relaxed as possible, our departure time relies on the low and high tide.
- If you are more than 10 minutes late without notification, you forfeit your spot and your security deposit will not be refunded.

Rentals
- All rentals require a security deposit that will be refunded once the equipment has been returned and inspected with no damages or missing pieces. If there are damages or missing pieces you will not be refunded. Security deposit is required upon booking.
- Reservations canceled 48 hours before rental date will be fully refunded. Reservations canceled within 48 hours of rental date will not be refunded but can be rescheduled.
- Please treat our equipment as if it were your own or better. We take pride in our equipment and hope you will enjoy and appreciate the value and performance. We encourage you to be safe and mindful of the weather before using equipment.
- Additional fees will be imposed for equipment returned dirty.
- Equipment rented and not used due to weather or returned early will not be refunded.
- If you are more than 10 minutes late without notification, you forfeit your rental and your security deposit will not be refunded.
